Computer players Yes About Reversi Reversi is a game of reversals for two players on an 8 by 8 board. Each disc is Dark on one side and Light on the other. Place a disc so that it traps a line of your opponent’s discs between it and another of yours, and every trapped disc flips to your color. Corners can never be flipped, so the fight for them decides most games. Play the computer at three levels, or pass the device to a friend.
How to play Reversi The game starts with four discs in the center: Light on d4 and e5, Dark on d5 and e4. Dark moves first. On your turn, place a disc on an empty square so that it outflanks at least one straight line of your opponent’s discs: across, down or diagonally, with one of your discs at the far end. Every outflanked disc, in every direction at once, flips to your color. Flipped discs never set off further flips. If you have no legal move, you pass and your opponent moves again. You can never pass while you have a move. The game ends when neither player can move. The player with more discs wins; equal counts are a draw. More games 2048 : Slide numbered tiles around a 4 × 4 board so equal tiles combine, and build a tile worth 2048. Backgammon : Race your fifteen checkers around the board and bear them off first, with hitting, blocking and the doubling cube.
