About Code Breaker

Code Breaker is a deduction game with a hidden sequence of colored shapes. Each guess gives two counts: symbols exact in their positions, and symbols near in a different position. Play a computed daily, practice three code difficulties, alternate setting and breaking against three AI levels, pass a device, or invite a friend to a private server room. Shapes and optional numbers make every clue readable without color.

How to play Code Breaker

  1. Easy uses four distinct symbols from six; Normal uses four from six with repeats; Hard uses five from eight with repeats. Repeated symbols are always allowed in guesses.
  2. Fill every slot and submit a guess. Exact counts correct symbols in the right position; near counts additional correct symbols in other positions. Each copy counts only once.
  3. Crack the code in ten guesses on Easy or Normal, or twelve on Hard. Repeating a guess is refused without using a guess.
  4. In a two-player match, alternate setting and breaking over two, four or six rounds. Each setter scores one point per guess, plus one if their code survives.
  5. The higher total wins the match; equal totals draw. The code remains private from breakers and spectators until that round ends. Notes never affect the result.
